Sizing:
NB- 3mo will fit most newborns comfortably from birth to about three months.
3mo + is intended to fit your 3 month old to about 1.5 years but may even fit most school aged children (with a smaller bow on top) depending on the fabric used.
Adult features a twist top and can fit a small child and adult
